DENTAL, BODY CARE PRODUCTS/COSMETICS and Breast Cyst

I am back to Bahrain where we live and thank God the dental work is over. I am still praying that the period until my next visit to Germany - which Dr. Tapparo estimated around 6 to 9 months - would go fine without any complications or accidents. You know I now have a bridge which looks very normal, but I'd rather be very careful with it until I get the permanant work when my gum heals.

However, I have some BIG good news to share with you! I won't rush and spread the news before a month at least to give my body enough time, but I can already tell you that the cyst  in my breast is shrinking! It has been in my right breast forever, and the last time I checked my breast, I was diagnosed with fiberadenoma of my right breast. However, this big one staying there for more than 5 years now - which was the time I had my root canals and crowns done - is not a good sign at all.

I know I should get it checked again, but not before at least a month from now. I believe so much in what I'm doing, in addition of course to a healthy macrobiotic diet, and I think it is starting to pay me well.

I just thought I'd share this incomplete experience with you, and I'm praying for better results to announce and let everybody benefit from.

The other thing I wanted to ask you about please, are the cosmetics. Like I told you before,

I have already changed my toothpaste, mouthwash, shampoos, all house detergents, and now I am trying hard to find the most natural cosmetics I could find.

I found Dr. H in Germany. Dr. Clark said we should remove all metals, but I am finding some ingredients like "titanium dioxide, aluminum hydroxide, aluminum stearate, and Stearyl Alcohol" even in Dr.H protection cream, are these considered to be metals even if they're supposedly from natural sources?
